It is absolutely imperative that you bring in a suitable charging cord to ensure fast service and a proper diagnosis of any issue that you may have. Please also make sure that any USB dongles, DVDs, or CDs are removed.
If the device is a tablet or cellphone, please remove any protective case that you may have on the device that prevents accidental damage. If there is any type of screen protector on the device, Computers A2Z cannot guarantee that the screen protector will remain on the device while being serviced.
Please leave your cords (including the power cord), keyboard, mouse, monitor, and any other external devices that you may have at your home or office. Please make sure that any USB dongles, DVDs, or CDs are removed as well. Tip: To make it easier when reconnecting your desktop computer. Take a picture with a phone or camera with all of the cables connected to the back of the computer. That way you can reference the photo when connecting the computer up again.
